Unhappiness, sadness, and melancholy. Lack of energy, wanting to sleep all the time, no interest in anything, not taking care of oneself - those are some of the signs.

lack of sleep, over sleeping, over eating or not eating at all, feeling like nothing is like it used to be; just every day activities,  "just feeling depressed," thoughts of suicide, loss of interest in things you used to enjoy, thinking there is no point to your life and that the feeling will never go away.

Depression symptoms can vary greatly because different people experience depression in different ways. A 25-year-old man with depression may not have the same symptoms as a 70-year-old man, for instance. For some people, depression symptoms are so severe that it's obvious something isn't right. Others may feel generally miserable or unhappy without really knowing why.

Being depressed?
Vitamin D will help you to feel better.
The sun contains it. You need at least 10 minutes of sun to obtain vitamin D.
Places like Seattle, England, etc. have a high rate of suicide and depression, because it is not very sunny in those places. Sun has been proven to help people with depression, so give it a go!
Try maybe taking walks every day.
Maybe try yoga to fix your chi. Chi stagnations can cause depression depending on where it's stuck.
