If I stopped eating after 8 PM do you think that I would lose weight?
I eat healthy, but I always eat up till about 1 AM
There is no specific time that you should stop eating, but you should stop eating at least 2-3 hours before you plan to go to bed. Since you are up at 1 AM you should try to stop eating around 10 PM. You should also try to aim for lighter snacks at this time as opposed to heave meals.
The reason for this is because you body needs a certain amount of time to preform digestive functions. When you go to sleep bodily functions slow down, including your metabolism. This will result in more fat storage and less calories being burned through basic metabolic functions.
You really should`nt eat after 5 or 6 p.m. giving your body time to burn off some of the excess calories you`ve eaten.
you shouldnt eat close to the time your going to bed because all you do is lay there. But if you dont go to bed till 1 am like me lol i would say stop eating at around 10pm. and always eat breakfast i lost 10lbs but just eating a normal 3 meals a day breakfast is IMPORTANT
