I just had a baby and trying to lose some weight before my husband gets back from Iraq :) I dont have much time to diet or work out but I try at time and do try and watch what I eat if I even have the time to. Please help me out as much as you can...thanks so much!
I would suggest just proper diet and exersize, because if you are still breastfeeding your baby, the chemicals in the weightloss pills could be ridiculously harmful to your baby, also, there is NO TELLING what they put in those pills.
Congratulations on your husband coming home, God Bless him for serving his country. My husband just came back in May and though he was injured, it was the happiest day of my life to see him alive!
Try to eat your basic 3 meals, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and in between 10am and 3 pm a snack. Try not to eat too many carbohydrates late in the day. Increase your fiber intake (oatmeal, high fiber cereals, etc..) Make sure you drink plenty of water.
Diet pills work best when you have a combination of balance eating and exercise. But they will help you with energy, appetite control, water loss and speeding up the metabolism.
hei, are you even heard about carraluma burn pill??maybe this product will help you..
Caralluma Burn contains a revolutionary new ingredient that clinical research suggests helps suppress the appetite. It works naturally in the body to help reduce your appetite so it won't undermine your weight-loss efforts. When used together with a reduced calorie diet and regular exercise, it may be just the thing you need to start shedding unwanted pounds!

Be careful not to form a gallstone. Post postpartum women often have gallbladder attacks. Sudden extreme weight loss is what forms gallstones. You give birth to a baby and suddenly lose 20 lbs in a day.
I know because I just had my gallbladder removed and it was a 2 1/2 cm stone which most likely got from having my son who is now 3 years old. It takes a very long time to develop a 2 1/2 cm stone. 3 years...
When I was 9 months pregnant with my son I weighed 211 lbs. Now I weigh 132 lbs. And I just had my gallbladder removed. The slower the weight loss the better!
