We're going to Whole Foods on Saturday(she asked me to go with her so we could get healthy foods) and I was wondering what are somethings that we could buy that she can eat a lot of. They need to be healthy and delicious .

Vegetables and fruits - though these are kind of self evident. :-)
Bags of frozen berries.
Sugar-free jello cups (make sure they're a kind like Juicy Jels, that are made out of seaweed - it has fibre in it and makes you feel fuller).
Tofu shirataki noodles - high protein, high fibre, almost no calorie noodles that look like fettuccini. Eat with tomato sauce or as a pasta salad.
Low fat popcorn bags.
Dill pickles or pickled peppers.
And I second that if your sister has an eating disorder, it would help if she sought treatment.

All kinds of fresh raw fruits - make salads. Include bananas.
All kinds of fresh raw vegetables - make toss salads. Include cabbage. You could use vegetables of various colors to make it attractive.
All kinds of nut and seeds - add them to your salads. You may use dressings such as mayonnaise on your vegetable dressing.
For cooking whole foods such as yams, potatoes, pumpkins and green bananas - rich in minerals
Any kind of meat or fish - make sure no more than 10% of your meal is meat. The most of your meal should be raw vegetables.
Snack on fruits or nuts and seeds.
Drink fruit juice, vegetable juice or milk. These are rich in minerals, and vitamins.

this is more than getting healthy foods, she has a illness and needs help with this. she needs to talk to a dr about this. just because she buys healthy foods doesn't mean she will stop binge eating. try to convince her to get some therapy. maybe she can work out the anxiety another way.
