Ears, throat, neck itching?

I dont get it regulary but sometimes ive noticed i get itchy ears inside & out usually around the lobe. Ive also noticed that within days afterwards i get an infection or or some form of sickness. When im in a newly fresh painted house my throat & neck tingles, itches full on if i stay for over 5minutes & will last for a few hours, to the point where i find it almost difficult to breathe! What could these allergies be

you are allergic to these things.
I had asthma and paint, new clothes, gas smell used to make me breath with difficulty.
Some people get skin allergy. You are one of them.
Avoid to be in newly paint rooms. if you must then keep the doors open.
Take Benadryl or any allergy drug.
Calamine lotion is very good too.
There are ointments like Triple Antibiotic ointment etc.

Most common allergies associated with those are hay, dust, pollen and pet dander. You're probably allergic to something in the paint - I get that exact reaction if I'm somewhere where there's a lot of dust.
To find out specifically, you might consider going to an allergy specialist and getting a scratch test. They basically scratch your skin with different allergens (it doesn't hurt) and see how big the swelling gets.
