i was reading this article in wikipedia the whole head translant would be very strange ,i think this will happen in the near future http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whole-body_...

Until a way of repairing severed spinal cord is found, the brain transplants wouldn't work, obviously.
Wikipedia is often incorrect. We'll be waiting for a long time before head transplants can be done - if ever. I doubt they will.
Anyway, wouldn't it be more accurate to call them a full-body transplant, rather than head transplant? After all, we "live" in our brains. Your identity, memories, personality etc are all stored in the brain. If your head was transplanted to another body, you'd still be the same person - just with a different body.

It wouldn't work even i it was ethical, maybe there will be ways to regrow parts of the brain in the future with the way stem cell research is going.

I think it would be hard. After all would the person who had the brain be the person now-or the person with the body...WOW!
