thank you soo much!

I've had pretty much the same thing for the past 4 days.
Whatever you do DON'T TAKE IBUPROFEN! it's a stomach irritant and will make you 10times worse. The only thing you can take for pain is paracetamol.
The only thing you can really do it drink a lot of water and eat easily-digestible bland foods such as plain white bread/toast, white rice and bananas. I found that the bland diet helps a lot with the stomach pains, don't drink orange juice! That hurts SO much, trust me!
You've just gotta try and get that virus out of you!
Try not to take any anti-diarrhoea tablets as they'll just hold in the virus that's causing you to be ill in the first place.
Ride it out and you should be better within the next couple of days.
Good luck, and get well soon!

Stay on clear liquids only for 24 hours (water, non-caffeinated soft drinks, broth, jello). If the diarrhea is better after that time, you can add bananas, rice, applesauce and plain toast to your diet along with the clear liquids x 24 hours. If the diarrhea doesn't return, you can gradually increase your diet, but stay away from spicy/greasy foods and dairy products (including chocolate milk) for a few more days.
If the diarrhea won't go away in spite of staying on clear liquids and advancing your diet as directed, you need to see your doctor. You can get dehydrated and dehydration can be dangerous.
No medicine is going to give you long term relief if you keep throwing solid food in your stomach. That just gives whatever pathogen is causing the diarrhea more to work with. If you can stay on clear liquids for 24 hours, then advance your diet as outlined, your diarrhea should stop. Immodium, sold over the counter, will help, but relief is temporary.
